If you are an employer in California and you do not know your “ABs” and “SBs” (Assembly Bills and Senate Bills) and how they will affect you moving into 2020, then you are walking a very thin tight rope and putting your business at a real risk each day.

Minimum Wage Increase (Los Angeles)

Codifies the “ABC” Test for Independent Contractors

There are dozens more of these laws, amendments, and updates set to go into effect next year; some of which have the potential to fundamentally change the way that your company does business.
