As Account Executive for Harry Katz Commercial Lines Team, Terilynn (a.k.a TL) has a vast background in all parts of the Agency Operations from Customers Operations and Insurance needs to Accounting, Training, Marketing, Sales, and all other aspects of Agency Operations. Entered the Insurance Industry in 1978 and found that Commercial Marketing and Sales were her choice and preference along with Agency Operations. Learning and teaching is her mode of operations, whether she is working with a co-worker, Producer or Client. The majority of her career has been in Agency Operations with a focus on her technical skills surrounding Commercial Lines and Agency Management.
All her kids have fur or if you see any of the human kind, the kids don’t belong to her, she just borrows them from her friends for the day, spoils them and brings them back to their own home. “It’s almost as good as being a Grandparent!” Reading, Writing, Arts & Crafts, Photography, are some of her joys along with sharing those same joys with kids, and anyone else that is interested.
