With California’s new Harassment Prevention Training Law that has been updated, it is more important than ever to obtain an EPLI policy. As of 2018, California decided to revise this law to become more inclusive. Previously, all businesses with 50+ employees had to take mandatory sexual harassment training classes every 2 years. This has been updated to reflect all businesses with 5+ employees, and this includes even temporary and seasonal employees.
